Bringing My Expertise and Passion to Empower Your Growth
With 20 years of experience in the tech industry, my career began with various client-facing roles, including technical support, inside sales, account executive, and customer success manager which has given me a 360° view of business challenges and deep passion for human relationships transformation.
Over the last decade, I transitioned into leadership roles, culminating in a position on the executive team at Salesforce France following Salesforce's acquisition of Demandware.
My day-to-day involved aligning with cross-functional international teams, integrating groups post-mergers and acquisitions, and frequent travel across Europe and the United States.
These experiences sharpened my leadership skills, strengthened my self-confidence, and helped me overcome limiting beliefs. Most importantly, they introduced me to coaching and its transformative power, both for individuals and teams.
Today, I am proud to be the founder of Orizontes Coaching, where I channel my expertise and passion for growth to empower others.
